It has been such a glorious summer with the nice weather. Made yesterday's heat and humidity even that more unbearable. I cross my fingers that we have an early autumn!!!

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the person, we will know how to be grateful.

Thanks I got up this morning and feel fine, because I received a gift from my parents.I am happy.

Thanks for god giving me a beautiful day..

Just a brief post on prep for the AS YOU LIKE IT reading, which we're doing tomorrow at Antaeus. I've co-initiated this reading with my Antaeus ensemble-mate Devon Sorvari. She's doing "Rosalind" and I'm doing "Celia," and it's been a blast to have a partner in crime in putting this reading together. We've assembled a fantastic cast, including Arye Gross, Greg Itzin, Anne Gee Byrd, John Apicella and more! It's both thrilling and a bit intimidating to work with people you look up to.

I've spent much time this week re-reading the play, breaking down the text and reading through various commentaries on the piece. It's been a rich experience delving back into AYLI, which I hadn't read for quite awhile before deciding to do this reading. It's funny how our relationships to plays change as we age. Right now I'm finding the idea of choosing your own family - whether that be your cousins or your band of brothers

It's easier for people to listen when they know what you'll be asking for. They have context for what follows and a little "box" into which to filter the discussion. And they're not concerned about anything hidden.

Major tourist spots are full of native Japanese visitors, which makes it fun to check out big landmarks like Senso-ji Temple or the Mori Tower. And it's crowded! When a metropolis of 35 million people goes on vacation, things get a little crazy.

I ended up spending a number of months following Adam's progress in college, both on the bike and in class.

That's me. Thanks, Patricia! That was a fascinating article to research and report. I ended up spending a number of months following Adam's progress in college, both on the bike and in class. I'll post a link to it on my page later tonight...

74465*45Congratulations to the Creative Consultants - they put on a fantastic open mic night at the Hirshhorn on Friday. Over 60 teens, 10 bands, and several individual performers played, ate 176 slices of pizza, and rocked out in the Lerner Room. We can't wait for their next event!1236+*

@:@You know how, after talking to someone for way longer than you're comfortable with, you say something likepast few days (with one thing or another). I painted with a group of friends[][]

Ah-ha!!!
A perfect diversion for when I want to procrastinate doing anything useful. Thanks!!!
